TikTok Zach Arrested: What did Zachary Latham do?

Zachary Latham is a TikTok user who killed his neighbour for fame. On May 4, 2020, he stabbed William Durham Sr., an experienced prison officer.

It occurred following an altercation that began near the victim’s home and ended in Latham’s garage.

Latham is also said to have harassed Durham’s wife for weeks after attempting to run down one of the Durhams’ sons with his car when he was riding down the street. This resulted in a verbal argument.

When the TikToker noticed the Durhams approaching, he admitted to going into his kitchen and armed himself with a cutter and stun gun. He tried to strike Durham’s kid, William Jr., with the knife, but he missed. The father was then stabbed with the knife as he approached Latham.

However, Latham claimed self-defence, claiming that he simply grabbed a 4-inch-blade knife and a Taser to defend himself from a mob attack at his Vineland house.

Zachary Latham was charged with manslaughter, brutal assault, and possession of firearms. Latham was released from prison in May 2022 and is expected to face charges later this year.
