Aideen Kennedy Illness: What Terminal Illness Did Aideen Kennedy Have?

Irish TV presenter Aideen Kennedy, did not disclose the nature of her illness. Her exact cause of death was not stated.

The UTV presenter had passed away at age 43 after battling a terminal illness suspected to be cancer. Although, this has not been confirmed.

Aideen was a popular face on UTV, a Northern Irish version of ITV, and had garnered fans from across countries even from her hospital bed.

She had asked her fans to ‘say prayers’ for her in a Twitter post of 16,600 followers.

The media goddess was reportedly bleeding in her stomach and had received 12 blood transfusions. She had shared photos of her time at the hospital and few days later, she told her fans that she was on her way home to die.

“So life has not gone well and I am as sick as I was as when I went in to hospital so essentially going home to die but getting palliative care”, Aideen wrote.

“The kids know. If you ever come across them, will you an eye out for them, they are the kindest, sweetest most thoughtful kiddies”, she added.

She is survived by two children and her parents Noel and Maura.
