Canadian basketball player for the Golden State Warriors was born on February 23, 1995, to sports champions Mitchell Wiggins and Marita Payne.

The couple has five other children – Nick, Mitchell II, Stephanie, Angelica, and Taya.
Mitchell Wiggins
Wiggins is a former professional basketball player who played as a shooting guard during his time.
He had played for a number of teams including the Chicago Bulls, the Houston Rockets and the Philadelphia 76ers.
Wiggins was amongst the players in the US national basketball team selected for the then 1982 FIBA World Championship.

He had taken home the silver medal.
Marita Payne
Payne is a retired track and field athlete who took part in two Summer Olympics back to back.
Payne holds a 400 metres record alongside Jillian Richardson.
She is a Canadian Olympics Hall of Famer.
Their son Andrew Wiggins was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers, in the first round in the 2014 NBA draft
He was later traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Andrew now plays for the Golden State Warriors.
