Caractère in Notting Hill debuted in early 2019 and soon earned a devoted local following. According to Emily, “Caractère is significantly different from Le Gavroche,” My father’s restaurant is opulent; it’s an experience.”
We wanted to build something more welcoming, low-key, and neighborhoody, where guests can relax and laugh with the waiters. “We want a family atmosphere with excellent food – not just a location for special events.”
