How Did Philip Baker Hall Die?

American actor, Philip Baker Hall has passed away, at age 90, after suffering from emphysema.

His bossom friend and LA sports writer, Sam Farmer, had made the announcement on Monday, June 13, 2022, via a tweet.

“My neighbor, friend, and one of the wisest, most talented and kindest people I’ve ever met, Philip Baker Hall, died peacefully last night. He was surrounded by loved ones. The world has an empty space in it”, Farmer wrote.

Late Philip Baker had reportedly battled pneumonia from a very young age.

He had a successful movie career, having appeared in at least 185 films.

He is famous for starring in Boogie Nights (1997) and Magnolia (1999).

Baker also played lead roles in Secret Honor, Hard Eight, and Duck, The Truman Show, The Contender, Zodiac and Argo.

Tributes have poured in for the late actor from across the globe.

“RIP, Philip Baker Hall”, Better Call Saul star Michael McKean tweeted.

Philip Baker is survived by his wife Holly Wolfle, and two daughters, Adela and Ann.
