Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann announced the arrival of twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren in 2013, who join big brothers Kroy Jr. and Kash Kade.

Writes Zolciak, 35, on Instagram: “The twins’ names are Girl: Kaia Rose (After ‘Psychic’ Rose who is like a grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs) Also the twins were born on Rose’s birthday!”

“Boy: Kane Ren (Ren After my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him).”

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, 43, took to Instagram and shared a loving tribute to her twins, Kaia and Kane, who just turned 8 today.

She shared videos and photos from when they were born in 2013. The TV personality also joked about having 4 kids in 30 months,” adding,

“These last 8 years have been truly a blessing and I never take a single day for granted! It’s been so incredible to watch the connection my twins have it’s truly mind-blowing! They look like a mini Kim n Kroy literally”
