He was born on January 6, 1995, in Norman, Oklahoma, to Jim Gasso and Patty Gasso.
D J Gasso’s mother Patty Gasso is the head softball coach at the University of Oklahoma, while his father Jim Gasso is a football coach. He is the owner of the Intencity sports training academy.
D J Gasso stands at a height of 5 feet 11 inches (1.8 m) tall.
He graduated from Norman North High School.
Gasso received a bachelor’s degree in Sports communication from Bradley University in 2018 and earned a Master’s degree in intercollegiate athletics administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2020.
