Brittany Horschel is the wife of American professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour Billy Horschel.

Billy met his wife Brittany when he was a junior golfer. Billy remembers his first meeting with his wife; “It was love at first sight… for me!” However, it wasn’t love at first sight for Brittany as “she took a while to warm up.”

Brittany Horschel (born Brittany Nelson), just like her husband, was a competitive athlete; a former top golf recruit and ace skier.

However, her golfing career came to an end after she underwent three wrist surgeries.

Billy and Brittany’s marriage has not been without challenges as Billy had to cope and help Brittany go through her bout with alcoholism which was publicly announced by the latter in 2017.

Brittany was able to overcome her alcoholism but prior to that, she described how she would start the morning with a cocktail, regularly mixing orange juice and vodka then continued to drink throughout the day.

Brittany is fine and has been sober for the past seven years and counting!
