Alex Magaisa was born in Rhodesia, Zimbabwe, in 1975, and died in Margate, Kent, United Kingdom, on June 5, 2022, at the age of 46 years. According to the death report of Alex Magaisa, it was confirmed that he died at Margate Hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest.

The death of Alex Magaisa was reported in the mid hours of June 5 and it was also confirmed by a number of his colleagues.
