Dave Van Horn Children: Meet Dave Van Horn’s daughters Hollan and Mariel

Hollan and Mariel are the beloved daughters of American college baseball coach, the head coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team Dave Van Horn and his wife Karen Lee.

There’s not much information about Van Horn’s daughters.

This is primarily due to the fact that he wants to keep them out of the spotlight.

Hollan and Mariel’s parents met while their dad was serving as a graduate assistant at Arkansas.

Their dad’s first collegiate head coaching job was in 1994 for the Central Missouri State Mules, now called the University of Central Missouri.

Their dad coached that team (51-11 record) to their first NCAA Division II national championship, in the Division II College World Series.

Their dad’s subsequent teams have had plenty of success as well, reaching the College World Series eight times, six occurring at Arkansas (2004, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018, 2019), the other two during his tenure at Nebraska (2001 and 2002).

As of the 2022 season, their dad holds a record of 788–420 (.652) as coach of the Razorbacks, and a career record of 1373–659 (.676) in his 34 seasons of coaching.
