What are the disadvantages of drinking coffee?
Although drinking coffee has its benefits, there are some disadvantages to excessive consumption. “Too much of anything is bad,” as the adage goes.
Caffeine in coffee can cause sleeplessness, agitation and restlessness, stomach discomfort, nausea and vomiting, an increase in heart and breathing rate. Too much consumption may also result in headaches, anxiety, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats.
