Wizkid & Davido Bag Award Nomination In The Same Category

Nigerian singers, Davido and Wizkid have been nominated in two categories in the 2022 Ghana – Nigerian Music Awards Festival.

Organisers of the award scheme released the list of nominees for the maiden edition this week. The list saw top Nigerian Acts Wizkid and Davido being nominated for two categories, Ghana Nigeria Artistes of the Year and Afrobeats Artist of the Year.

Wizkid and Davido will battle it out with the likes of Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Tiwa Savage, Kidi and Black Sherrif.

They will also face Kidi, King Promise, Gyakie, Kelvyn Boy, Darkovibes, Fireboy DML, Joeboy and Kizz Daniel for the award for Afrobeats Artiste of the Year.

The awards ceremony comes off in June 2022 at the Fox Theatre.
