Marco Parraa is the husband of Italian tennis player Martina Trevisan.

Martina Trevisan has a career-high singles ranking of World No. 59 and a best WTA doubles ranking of World No. 138. Martina won one singles WTA title in Rabat.

In 2022, Trevisan won her maiden title in Rabat defeating Claire Liu who was also a first-time WTA finalist. As a result she reached the top 60 at World No. 59 on 23 May 2022.
Trevisan reached the fourth round at the 2022 French Open for the second time at this Major in her career. As a result, she secured a top 50 debut in the rankings.
Playing for Italy Fed Cup team, Trevisan has a win–loss record of 6–2 (2–2 in singles and 4–0 in doubles, as of March 2022).
