Akiko is the frontwoman of the English art-rock band PRE. She has worked with numerous bands, as the frontwoman for Comanechi, along with guitarist, Simon Petrovich. She played the drums with The Big Pink and has a side project called Sperm Javelin.

Akiko is originally from Osaka, Japan. In an interview, she stated that he love barbeques saying, I’m really obsessed with barbecues because my dad and mum used to run a barbecue restaurant back in Osaka.

She formerly dated Charlie and they have a son named Archie who was born in 2014.
