What happens to Jimmy Conway in Goodfellas?
Jimmy was believed to have organised the 1978 Lufthansa heist, the largest cash robbery in American history at the time. He is responsible for the deaths of those involved in the months following the robbery.
Jimmy would have had Henry killed if he was in prison or outside. Jimmy was sentenced to life in prison for murder. He was given a minimum of 20 years, which would have made him eligible for parole in 2004.
However, in real life, Jimmy died in prison in 1996.
