Farley died following what seemed to be a four-day binge which started on December 15 and ended on December 18 1997. According to a 1998 report in Entertainment Weekly, Farley’s body was discovered in his Chicago apartment after a four-day drinking and drug spree during which the actor hopscotched among bars and fraternised with party girls.

He was out of breath and sweating profusely as he pushed over 300 pounds. A call girl claims she spent Farley’s final afternoon with him, alleging he was smoking marijuana and drinking screwdrivers, however, he seemed more interested in her getting cocaine than her customary services. “I don’t believe he knew what he wanted,” she explained. “You could see he was on a rampage…” He just kept bouncing from one area to the next.
Faley was in and out of rehab at least 17 times during his life.
