Raymond Allen Liotta was an American actor and producer. He was known for playing Shoeless Joe Jackson in Field of Dreams (1989), Henry Hill in Goodfellas (1990), and Tommy Vercetti in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002).

Raymond Allen Liotta was born in Newark, New Jersey, on December 18, 1954. Having been abandoned at an orphanage, he was adopted at the age of six months by township clerk Mary (Edgar) and auto-parts store owner Alfred Liotta.
Liotta died in his sleep on May 26, 2022, at the age of 67 in the Dominican Republic, during the filming of the new movie Dangerous Waters. At the time of his death, he was engaged to Jacy Nittolo.

Ray Liotta never confirmed having health problems. However, people did suspect of him having an illness after he reportedly showed slurring and bizarre behavior.
Back in 2016, his viewers were taken aback by the star’s expression, as well as his antics. It included spitting out his chewing gum at the start of the interview. He also sparked a flood of tweets.
Most people were concerned about his well-being while some wondered if he was drunk. Liotta never clarified the rumors regarding his health issues.
