His popularity popularity grew in 2005 and according to the state’s Electronic Sex Offender Registration and Notification (eSORN), Brian was guilty of molesting a female victim.
Brian was born to Bert Mahlon Peppers and Joyce C Eggert Peppers, who both passed away in 1991 and 1998 respectively.

Brian was accused of sexually assaulting a female minor, deslite the fact that he was confined to a wheel chair in a nursing home.
He was also accused of groping nurses at the nursing home.

Brian had a disease that made his body look very abnormal and eventually crippled him, which made him retire to a nursing home.
The disease can be likened to Crouzon syndrome or Aperts syndrome, which affected his bones adversely.
Brian died from excessive alcohol intake in 2012.
