Henry Hill Jr. was an American mobster who was a member of the New York City Lucchese criminal family from 1955 until 1980 when he was arrested on drug charges and became an FBI informant.

Hill testified against his old associates to avoid prosecution and murder by his crew. His testimony resulted in the conviction of 50 people.
Hill, his wife Karen, and their two children (Gregg and Gina) entered the United States Marshals’ Witness Protection Program in 1980, changed their names, and relocated to undisclosed locations such as Seattle, Washington; Cincinnati, Ohio; Omaha, Nebraska; Butte, Montana; and Independence, Kentucky.

Hill was arrested in August 2004 at North Platte Regional Airport in North Platte, Nebraska after leaving his suitcase carrying drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail for attempted methamphetamine possession on September 26, 2005.

Hill was convicted of cocaine trafficking in a federal court in Seattle in 1987 and as a result, was removed from the witness protection programme.
