Ray Liotta, well known for his performance in Martin Scorsese’s crime drama Goodfellas, has passed away. According to Deadline, he died in his sleep while filming Dangerous Waters in the Dominican Republic on May 26, 2022. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Liotta died at the age of 67, leaving behind a daughter, Karsen. He was planning to marry Jacy Nittolo.
In addition to his film roles, Liotta portrayed singer Frank Sinatra in the 1998 television film The Rat Pack for which he received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination and starred as himself in the sitcom Just Shoot Me in December 2001 and January 2002.

Liotta won an Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his work on ER. In 2012, Liotta guest-starred as himself in the Disney Channel comedy series Phineas & Ferb’s “What a Croc!” episode.
Liotta was making a strong comeback. His recent twists include The Many Saints of Newark, Marriage Story, and No Sudden Move. He finished Elizabeth Banks’ Cocaine Bear and was set to star alongside Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley in the Working Title film The Substance.
