How Many Kids Died At Sandy Hook?

No less than 26 people were killed on December 14, 2012, by a 20 year old gunman at Sandy Hook Elementary School, in Newtown, Connecticut.

The incident which occurred 10 years ago, took the lives of 20 first-graders and 6 adults.

The Sandy Hook massacre has been resurrected, following the killing of 19 children and 2 teachers at the recent Robb Elementary school shooting.

Salvador Ramos, 18, had invaded Robb Elementary school premises and carried out the dastardly act.

Ramos was eventually killed by agents of the Law enforcement, who recovered a handgun and a semi-automatic rifle from his body.

The incident brings to memory, the Sandy Hook Elementary School killing.

The Sandy Hook Promise, an NGO founded by the parents of the slain children of Sandy Hook Elementary School had taken to social media to comment.

“We are devastated about reports that multiple people are dead, including children”, they wrote.

Concerns have been raised and alot of people are now calling for legislative action on line with gun control.

“It has been nearly a decade since Sandy Hook and gun safety legislation has been repeatedly blocked,” Senator Amy Klobuchar had said on social media.
