Chris Hemsworth is an Australian actor who rose to fame playing Kim Hyde in the Australian television series Home and Away (2004–2007) before beginning a film career in Hollywood.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Hemsworth started playing Thor with the 2011 film of the same name and most recently reprised the role in What If…? (2021), which established him among the world’s highest-paid actors.

Is Chris Hemsworth done being Thor?
It is not yet confirmed whether Thor: Love and Thunder will be Hemsworth’s final Marvel Cinematic Universe film, but it’s more likely that it will be.
This is because, the first trailer for Love and Thunder focuses a lot on Thor’s newfound desire to retire and put his superhero days behind him.
Again, the film’s teaser trailer hinted that Thor will go on a journey of self-discovery and that he’s officially retiring from being a superhero.
