What does Brooks Laich do now?

Brooks, Evan Laich is a retired professional ice hockey forward from Canada. He appeared in nearly 750 NHL games with four different clubs, including the Ottawa Senators, Washington Capitals, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Los Angeles Kings.

During the 2000–01 season, Laich began his junior hockey career with the Moose Jaw Warriors of the Western Hockey League (WHL). He appeared in 71 games for the Warriors, scoring nine goals and assisting on 21 others

In 2003, he made his professional debut with the Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League (AHL).  On February 3, 2003, he made his National Hockey League (NHL) debut with the Senators against the New Jersey Devils.

What does Brooks Laich do now?

After retiring from playing Hockey, Brook Laich co-hosts a podcast with singer Gavin DeGraw. This podcast, How Men Think, allows him and DeGraw to discuss issues facing men in 2019. The podcast’s hosts talk openly about anything from marriage to their social roles.

Laich is also the owner of Open Gym. Open-Gym is a training regimen created by Laich and others that is designed to put the body to the test. According to the website, the CrossFit programme has been demonstrated to function by numerous professionals in the area.
