Late jazz keyboardist, Bernard Wright, was married to Anita Chambers Wright.

Anita and Bernard were married for many years and together they had 3 children.
Her husband, Bernard Wright, was popularly known for his hit track, “Who Do You Love”.
Wright was the son of the late American soul singer, Roberta Flack.

Between 1990 to 1993, Wright released three gospel albums – Fresh Hymns 1, Fresh Hymns 2 & Brand New Gospel Format.

He was a student at the School of Performing Arts in New York, where he had the likes of writer Carl Hancock Rux, and gospel recording artist Desiree Coleman Jackson as classmates.
Between ages 13-19, Wright had toured and collaborated with the likes of Lenny White and Tom Browne.
In 1981 he released his debut album ‘Nard’, following a sign up with GPR records. Some of his hit songs featured Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Skee-Lo, and LL Cool J.
Wright also collaborated with notable artistes such as Miami Mike Devine Pennington, Doug E. Fresh, Cameo, Bobby Brown, Pieces of a Dream, Charles Earland, Marcus Miller, and Miles Davis.
Wright passed away on May 19, 2022. He was aged 58.
