They grew up on the streets of Detroit and started selling drugs in high school. As their drug empire grew, they ventured into the entertainment industry to clean their illegal income.

This was until they got convicted of running a criminal enterprise that made more than $270 million.

They two split because of money and power-related issues. According to court documents, the Brother suffered a falling out in 2004.

The organisation experienced a schism when the brothers began a feud, with Terry Flenory moving to Los Angeles to head his organization, while Demetrius Flenory remained at the main distribution centre in Atlanta.
