Oulèye Ndoye was the wife of Raphael Warnock, an American pastor and politician serving as senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta since 2005 and the junior United States senator from Georgia since 2021.

Ndoye and Warnock got married in a public ceremony on February 14, 2016.

Prior to the public ceremony, the couple held a private ceremony in January.

After three years of marriage, thus in November 2019, and their divorce was finalized in 2020.

The couple had two kids and are involved in a legal battle over the custody of the children.

An 11-page filing by Ouluye Ndoye wants a judge to grant her additional custody of their two young children so she can complete a Harvard University program, citing an agreement she struck with Warnock while he was campaigning for the U.S. Senate in early 2020.

Raphael Warnock has not remarried and is single as at the time of writing.

Warnock was the senior pastor of Douglas Memorial Community Church until 2005, when he became senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.

Warnock rose to prominence in Georgia politics as a leading activist in the campaign to expand Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act.

Warnock defeated incumbent Kelly Loeffler in the runoff in Georgia’s 2020–21 United States Senate special election on January 5, 2021.

Warnock is the first African American to represent Georgia in the Senate and the first Black Democrat to be elected to the Senate by a former state of the Confederacy.
