Wynonna is one of the most widely recognized and awarded female country singers.

In all, Wynonna has had 19 No. 1 singles, including those of The Judds, making her one of the best-selling country artists of all time.

Wynonna’s solo albums and singles are all credited to the single name Wynonna.

Wynonna first rose to fame in the 1980s alongside her late mother, Naomi, in the country music duo The Judds.

Together with her mum, they released seven albums on Curb Records in addition to 26 singles, of which fourteen were No. 1 hits.

Wynonna was born Christina Claire Ciminella in Ashland, Kentucky, on May 30, 1964 to Wynonna Judd and Charles Jordan.

Wynonna was given the last name Ciminella after Michael Ciminella, the man her mother quickly married after she was abandoned by her boyfriend and Wynonna’s biological father, Charles Jordan.

According to The Ancestory, Wynonna was unaware of her biological father as a child and thought that her biological father was Michael Charles Ciminella, the biological father of her half-sister Ashely.

The report further states that Wynonna found out her father’s name was Charles Jordan in the early 1990s.

However, Wynonna never met her biological father.

Wynonna’s biological father Charles Jordan died on August 10, 2000.

In an interview with Larry King in 2005, Wynonna she said she had planned to meet Charles Jordan about a month before his death in August 2000.

Much is not known about Charles Jordan’s early and professional life.

Charles Jordan is only well-known because of his famous wife and daughter, whom he reportedly abandoned many years ago.
