Pallavi Dey Cause Of Death: How Did Pallavi Dey Die?

Bengali actress, Pallavi Dey, died after taking her life on May 15, 2022.

Pallavi Dey was found hanging on the ceiling fan at her Kolkata home in West Bengal on Sunday.

Dey’s family said her live-in partner, Sagnik Chakraborty, was married and this factor could have led to her demise.

They would not completely accept that Pallavi committed suicide and indicated that rifts with her live-in partner as the reason behind her demise.

During an interrogation with the police, Sagnik claimed Pallavi was depressed because she was not getting great acting offers lately.

Pallavi hails from Bengal’s Howrah. She began living in a rented flat in south Kolkata’s Garfa just last month.

Sagnik was the first to see her dead body swinging from a roof fan with practically no suicide note found. Although a post-mortem report shows her cause of death as suicide, no outer injury was found.

Late Pallavi was known for playing the lead roles in Bengali teleserial Gauri in ‘Mon Mane Naa. She also appeared in a number of shows, such as ‘Resham Japi’, ‘Saraswati Prem’, and ‘Ami Sirajer Begum’.
