Rip Torn, known in real life as Elmore Rual Torn Jr, was an American actor who was active in the media scenes for six decades. Rip Torn was born in Temple, Texas, on February 6, 1931, and died in Lakeville, Connecticut, on July 9, 2019, at the age of 88 years.
