CBS Magnum Cancelled

The television version of the classic 1980s shows Magnum P.I. has been officially cancelled by CBS after four seasons. Season 4 of the show premiered in October 2021

Magnum P.I. is the most well-known CBS show to be cancelled this season. It may be the most viewed broadcast series to be cancelled this upfront season since it ranks in the Top 25 in total viewers.

The original Magnum P.I. debuted in December 1980 and ran for eight seasons, constantly ranking in the top twenty U.S. television programmes in the Nielsen ratings over its first five years. The series finished in the top three from 1982 to 1983.

Magnum P.I. follows Thomas Magnum (Hernandez), a private investigator and former Navy SEAL who returns home from Afghanistan and repurposes his military expertise to investigate murders in the state.

Other cast members include Perdita Weeks, Zachary Knighton, Stephen Hill, Tim Kang, and Amy Hill. The fourth and last season of the show concluded on May 6.
