How do I report a problem to Peloton?

To report a problem to Peloton,

  1. Tap on the settings option that will appear on the right side of the screen and scroll to Help & Support.
  2. Tap Send Diagnostics to Peloton. You’ll see a message stating: Thank You! Burgrepot will be generated and sent to Peloton.
