Richard Benson Illness: Richard Benson suffered from heart problems and already had to undergo surgery

Richard Benson was a British Italian guitarist, singer and television personality. He was reportedly passed on at age 67 after suffering from heart problems. He died on May 10, 2022.

In November 2016, Benson and his wife, Ester Esposito appeared in a video where they revealed they had financial problems and needed assistance to pay medical bills. Benson was seen stooped and hardly able to walk due to arthritis.

It was later revealed that Benson also suffered from heart problems and already had to undergo surgery at that point. He reportedly died in Rome on May 10 at age 67.

Benson was known for his unique skills in playing the guitar. In the 1990s and 2000s, Benson often appeared as a guest on RAI, the prime Italian channel, usually judging musicians.
