Jonathan Goodwin Update: What is Jonathan Goodwin’s condition?

Jonathan Goodwin has been left paralysed after the accident he encountered during his rehearsal. His wife announced that he nearly died twice after the incident that occurred last year.

His wife updated the media saying the stunt ace, now uses a wheelchair.

The stunt was supposed to see Goodwin escape a straitjacket while upside down 30 feet in the air, suspended between two cars. Instead, he became crushed between the cars as they caught fire.

Goodwin sustained many injuries including third-degree burns, a broken spine, a severed T11 spinal cord, and two broken shoulders. He also shuttered both legs and lost a kidney.

Jonathan Goodwin was discharged from the hospital in February 2022. It was announced that he has been left paralysed from the waist down, requiring the use of a wheelchair.

Above all this, his wife says the stunt ace has remained positive and strong since the incident occured.
