Lewis Cine was born on October 5, 1999 in the United States to Haitian parents.
Little is known about Lewis Cine’s dad but he has indicated that his mother is his source of inspiration.
Lewis Cine’s mother, Beatrice Seide, was 16 years old when he was born and he wears the number 16 jersey to honor his mum.

Lewis Cine initially attended Everett High School and as a junior, he was named the Massachusetts Defensive Player of the Year by USA Today after recording;

Lewis Cine played college football at Georgia and he played in all 14 of Georgia’s games during his freshman season and started the final two.
Lewis Cine was named a starting safety for the Bulldogs going into his sophomore season.
Cine finished the season with 49 tackles and 12 passes broken up over ten starts and was ejected from the team’s game against Florida after drawing a targeting penalty.
On January 15, 2022, Cine declared for the 2022 NFL Draft and was drafted by the Vikings in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
