EastEnders actress, Ann Davies has died at the age of 87. The star also appeared in Grange Hill and Doctor Who, was married to late Good Life legend, Richard Briers.

The news was announced through her agent, Barry Langford on social media.

In 2003, Davies appeared in an episode of the series, Doctors as the character, Annette Ludlow. Off-screen happily lived in Chiswick, West London, with her actor husband who died aged 79 in 2013.

Ann Davies’ cause of death is not confirmed yet. Her family is yet to release a statement on the circumstances of what led to her death and her funeral arrangement.
