Neil Robertson is a well-known Australian professional snooker player who was previously a world champion as well as world number one.

Neil Robertson was born on February 11, 1982, in Melbourne, Australia as the son of British parents Ian Robertson and Alison Hunter. He attended Norwood Secondary College in Ringwood, Victoria.
Neil Robertson began his snooker career at 14 and made history as the youngest player to make a century break in an Australian ranking event. He went professional in the 1998/1999 season. He is the only Australian to have won a ranking event.

Neil Robertson is also the only player from outside the United Kingdom to have completed snooker’s Triple Crown having won the World Championship in 2010, the Masters in 2012 and 2022, and the UK Championship in 2013, 2015 and 2020. He is the fourth player in professional snooker history to reach the 800-century mark.
Neil Robertson became the first player to make 100 centuries in a single season in the 2013–14 season. He is now based in Cambridge, England and practises at WT’s Snooker and Sporting Club in Cambridge. He is the father of two children including Alexander and Penelope. He got married to his Norwegian wife Mille Fjelldal whom he married in August 2021.
