Maya Vander revealed that she had a stillbirth at 38 weeks. In an interview, she mentioned that what was a regular weekly checkup turned into a nightmare she had never imagined will happen to her.

Vander said she was alone in the delivery room because her husband had COVID-19. She also mentioned that an autopsy is underway and she hopes the doctors will have answers as to what led to the death of her child.
