According to his manager, British singer Tom Grennan was hospitalised after an “unprovoked attack and robbery” outside a New York City bar following a performance this week April 2022

Grennan was allegedly attacked “in the early morning hours” Thursday, April 2022″outside a bar in Manhattan” after a Wednesday evening performance at the Bowery Ballroom in Manhattan, according to Grennan’s manager, John Dawkins, in a statement Thursday evening.

“Tom is currently in the hospital being evaluated by doctors for his injuries, which include a ruptured ear, a torn eardrum, and a problem with his previously fractured jaw,” Dawkins said.

The “Little Bit of Love” singer, 26, is currently touring the United States as part of his Spring/Summer 2022 tour.

“Despite this, Tom is in good spirits but needs to temporarily recuperate while doctors assess his ability to continue touring,” the statement continued, noting that Friday’s show in Washington, D.C. has been cancelled.
