Who Is Guy Lafleur’s Wife Lise Lafleur?

Lise Lafleur was the wife of Canadian professional ice hockey player Guy Lafluer.

Lise Lafleur and Guy Lafleur got married in 1973 and at the time of their marriage, Guy Lafleur had just initiated his professional career whereas she was a college sophomore.

Lise and Guy Lafleur had two children; : Mark Lafleur and Martin Lafleur.

Much is not known about Lise Lafleur but her husband Guy Lafleur was the first player in National Hockey League (NHL) history to score 50 goals in six consecutive seasons as well as 50 goals and 100 points in six consecutive seasons.

Between 1971 and 1991, Guy Lafleur played right wing for the;

Montreal Canadiens,
New York Rangers, and
Quebec Nordiques in an NHL career spanning 17 seasons, and five Stanley Cup championships in 1973, 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979 (all with the Canadiens).
In 2017, Guy Lafleur was named one of the ‘100 Greatest NHL Players’ in history.

Sadly, Lise’s husband Guy Lafleur died in April 2022, at age 70 after a battle with lung cancer.
