Abercrombie & Fitch Company owns Hollister Co. It owns and operates a global clothes retail shop business. Although Abercrombie is a smaller subsidiary of A&F, it was formed slightly earlier, in 1998, than its bigger sister, Hollister, which has been in business since 2000.

Abercrombie, or Abercrombie Kids, skews younger, attempting to capture the imaginations of children and teenagers aged 5 to 14. The brand’s mission statement is to showcase “the wide-eyed wonder of childhood.”
Both brands’ marketing is distinct because they are aimed at very different age groups.
