Baker Reagan Mayfield is an American football quarterback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League.

Following a stint with Texas Tech, Baker Mayfield played college football at Oklahoma, where he won the Heisman Trophy as a senior.
Baker Mayfield was selected by the Browns first overall in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Baker Mayfield was born on April 14, 1995, in Austin, Texas, to James and Gina Mayfield and is the second of two sons.
Baker Mayfield’s dad James Mayfield was a private equity consultant, encountered financial difficulties during Baker’s senior year in high school.
As a result, the Mayfields sold their family home and moved from rental home to rental home.
