The Hyundai Palisade debuted at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show on November 28, 2018 and it replaces the Maxcruz (also known as Santa Fe XL outside of South Korea) as the flagship SUV under the Hyundai brand.

Like its predecessor, the Hyundai Palisade features three rows of seating, with seating for up to eight passengers when equipped with a second-row bench seat.

The Palisade is Hyundai’s largest vehicle to date, and has 21 cu ft (595 L) of cargo space behind the third row and 87 cu ft (2,464 L) with both rows folded down.

According to Hyundai, the name Palisade “references a series of coastal cliffs”, the neighborhood of Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles, California is used as a reference for the naming of the car.

Yes, the Hyundai Palisade is definitely worth it.

The Hyundai Palisade comes with an engine that provides ample power and solid acceleration.

The Palisade also rides smoothly, even over rough pavement, and it’s pretty easy to drive despite its size.

Its cabin is one of the nicest in the class, with upper trims rivaling some luxury SUVs.

Also, the 2022 Palisade’s TCC Rating of 7.3 b out of 10 by thecarconnection puts it near the top of our mainstream three-row SUV rankings, trailing only the Kia Telluride
