Schindler’s list is a 1993 American historical drama written by Steven Zaillian. It is based on the 1982 non-fiction novel, Schindler’s Ark by Australian novelist, Thomas Kennedy.

The film follows Oskar Schindler, a German industrialist who saved more than a thousand mostly Polish-Jewish refugees from the Holocaust by employing them in its factories during World War II.
It stars Liam Neeson as Schindler, Ralph Fiennes as SS officer Amon Goth and Ben Kingsley as Schindler’s Jewish accountant, Itzhak Stern.

Why is the girl red in Schindler List?
On March 9, the former actress shared an artist’s rendering of her iconic scene in the film with her coat changed from red to blue to represent Ukraine’s blue and yellow flag, which she also shared as part of the post.

The men and women in are reunited at the factory, where they remain until the war’s end. When the war ends, Schindler tells his workers they are now free but that he will be hunted as a war criminal and must flee at midnight.
