She was known for her role as Dot Cotton on the BBC soap opera EastEnders.

In 2005, she won Best Actress at the Inside Soap Awards and received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the British Soap Awards.

June Brown died on April 3, 2022, at the age of 95.

June Brown’s second husband was the former Robert Arnold.

Robert Arnold was an English actor.

He was born Robert Clive Cooper Arnold on June 26, 1931, in Manston, Kent, England, UK.

Arnold stood at a height of 5 feet 11 inches (1.8 m) tall.

A classically trained actor he appeared in Britain with the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Prior to joining the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in the early 1950s, Arnold worked for a local newspaper in Stamford.

He subsequently join the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon where he met his wife, the actress June Brown.

The pair married on April 5, 1958, and were together until Arnold died on February 4, 2003, of Lewy-body dementia in Brighton, East Sussex, England, UK.

Arnold and Brown had six children; Chloe Arnold, William Arnold, Sophie Arnold, Naomi Arnold, and Lousie Arnold, but one died in infancy.

He starred in two films; Sink The Bismark and Tunes of Glory, and several television productions, most notably Dixon of Dock Green which he was in for 7 years in the late 60s, and early 70s.
