A man named Eric Holder from Los Angeles was charged with his murder and as of January 2022 is still awaiting trial.
“Mr Holder walked up on multiple occasions and engaged in a conversation with Nipsey and the others who were there,” LAPD Chief Michel Moore said Tuesday. “He left and later returned armed with a handgun, firing purposefully and repeatedly, striking and killing Nipsey Hussle.”
