Malcolm Jenkins is not a Hall of Famer at least not yet. It would not surprise me if he is inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame based on his NFL stats.

Malcolm Jenkins is a former American football safety who spent 13 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Ohio State, where he was a consensus All-American and won the Jim Thorpe Award as a senior. He was drafted in the first round of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Saints and has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jenkins was regarded as one of the top two defensive backs available in the draft (along with Vontae Davis) and was compared to Terence Newman. However, after running a comparably slow 40-yard dash, some scouts thought Jenkins would be a better fit at safety.

Jenkins announced his retirement on March 30, 2022. He is also the only player in Super Bowl history to have played on a team that defeated both Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.

Jenkins is a member of the fraternity Omega Psi Phi. He was the Ohio State chapter’s vice president, step master, and chaplain; he has prominent fraternity brands on his upper left arm and another on his chest.
