Will smith and Jada marriage open marriage?

Jada Koren Pinkett is the wife of Will Smith.

Will Smith married actress Jada Koren Pinkett in 1997 and they met when Pinkett auditioned for a role as Smith’s character’s girlfriend in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

The pair produce films through their joint production company Overbrook Entertainment and Westbrook Inc.

Together they have two children: Jaden Christopher Syre Smith (born 1998), his co-star in The Pursuit of Happyness and After Earth; and Willow Camille Reign Smith (born 2000), who appeared as his daughter in I Am Legend.

In 2015, reports of Will Smith and Jada heading for a divorce started doing the rounds.

However, Will Smith shared his thoughts and quashed divorce rumours in a Facebook post.

Will Smith said;

“Under normal circumstances, I don’t usually respond to foolishness. But, so many people have extended [to] me their ‘deepest condolences’ that I figured ‘What the hell I can be foolish, too! So, in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over and over-again-ness Jada and I are NOT GETTING A DIVORCE (sic)!”

However, n Rap Radar podcast, Will Smith said he and Jada don’t see themselves as “married”.

Will Smith said;

“We refer to ourselves as life partners, where you get into that space where you realise you are literally with somebody for the rest of your life. There’s no deal breakers. There’s nothing she could do – ever. Nothing that would break our relationship. She has my support till death and it feels so good to get to that space (sic).”
