“If You Can’t Defend Your Wife Like Will Smith, Don’t Marry Here” – Ruth Kadiri Tells Men

Nigerian actress, Ruth Kadiri, has advised men to always stand up for their wives when people are picking on them in public just as Will Smith did for Jada Pinkett.

Will Smith at the Oscars yesterday, March 28, caused reactions on social media when he slapped Chris Rock for making fun of his wife, Jada Pinkett’s medical condition that forced her to shave off her hair.

Sharing a photo of what transpired on her Instagram page, she wrote, “Any man that cannot defend his wife like this should not marry her”.

She also said, “Go and advice the police about brutality. Go and advice Putin about war. Nobody should stress me. If you talk anyhow, you collect”.
