A family member confirmed Mary Jane passed away Tuesday in Jupiter, Florida, and we’re told the early indication is it appears she suffered a complication possibly a blood clot following a medical procedure.

A member of the country music icon’s family revealed to TMZ, that Mary Jane died on Tuesday, March 22, in Jupiter, Florida.

While her official cause of death remains unknown and does not appear to be suspicious, it has been reported that she presumably “suffered a complication, possibly a blood clot, following a medical procedure.”

Hank Williams Jr.’s wife Mary Jane Thomas died Tuesday in Jupiter, Florida. She reportedly suffered complications from a blood clot after a medical procedure, TMZ reported Wednesday.

The outlet reported that the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa called the local police department around 5 PM EST on Tuesday afternoon, where Mary Jane was transported to a local hospital and was later pronounced dead.
