The daughter of a man who died in the custody of the California Highway Patrol after screaming nearly a dozen times, ‘I can’t breathe,’ claims that the officers seen in a newly released police video pinning down her father to draw his blood treated him ‘like trash.’

The family of Edward Bronstein has filed a lawsuit in connection with his death on March 31, 2020, and has demanded that the CHP officers who participated in his arrest on suspicion of DUI be criminally charged in connection with his death.

The autopsy report says Edward Bronstein’s death cause is acute methamphetamine intoxication during restraint by law enforcement.

According to reports,  Edward Bronstein had kids however, the exact number of children he had is unconfirmed. A picture could be seen on social media of him and a girl but the identity of the person remains unrevealed.
